Background & Experience

Born and raised in Franklin, Louisiana, Ryan moved to Lafayette in 2017 and started college at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He entered into residential real estate in 2018 before branching out into the property and casualty insurance industry, and eventually returning to Latter & Blum as a commercial agent. He is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and will graduate in the Spring of 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He is a part of the Harson & Shepard Group where they specialize in landlord and tenant representation, as well at the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties.
