She specializes today in optimizing rentals for these spaces. Her fine comprehension of renting issues and her innovative approach are key resources to lessors and lessees alike, as well as helping to develop already existing projects.

Maryse Chainey is a seasoned real estate professional who gained experience in industrial, commercial and office leasing while working at Ivanhoe Cambridge and at SITQ. Since 2004, she has worked on the development of Quartier DIX30 for Devimco Immobilier as well as for Oxford Properties as Director of retail leasing. She recently joined the NAI Terramont Commercial team as Senior Vice-President - Business Development - Special Projects in order to support and drive the development of the retail market for both landlords and tenants.

Maryse is a seasoned professional when it comes to real estate, having started by diversified experiences in industrial, commercial and business real estate through Ivanhoe Cambridge and the SITQ. After having supervised the development of the Quartier DIX30 with Devimco Real Estate as well as Oxford Properties as Rental Director, Maryse has recently joined the NAI Terramont Commercial team as the main Vice-President – Business Development – Special Projects to support and propel the brokerage division for retail projects.
